Order & delivery

How soon you will receive your case, where we ship, and how to track your order.

How soon will I be delivered?

Within 3 to 5 business days in mainland France.

Is delivery really free?

Yes, with no minimum purchase. Delivery is free for all orders in mainland France as well as internationally.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to 9 countries: France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, the United States, Canada, Japan and Australia.

How do I track my order?

As soon as it ships, you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also find the history and status of all your orders in your customer account, under "My orders".

Can I change my address after ordering?

As long as the order has not been handed to the carrier, yes. Contact us immediately via the contact form or by email at info@uplife.world. Once the parcel is handed over, the address can no longer be changed.

My parcel is marked "delivered" but I have not received it.

First check with your neighbours, in your letterbox, and with your concierge — that is the cause in 90% of cases. If there is nothing to report after 48h, contact us: we open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is not found within 14 days, we send you a new kit at our expense.

Cupping practice

How to use, how to place, how often, on whom and for what result.

I have never used cupping. Where do I start?

First read our Understand page and our How-to, then start with a single medium-diameter cup (ø42 or ø53 mm) on a tense trapezius, two to three pumps maximum, for five minutes. Observe the sensation, the mark that appears, and get used to the gesture over three or four sessions before going further.

How many times a week can I do a session?

For regular maintenance use: 2 to 3 times a week, never on the same area two days in a row (let the skin and capillaries recover). For more intensive use on a tense area: a daily session for 4 to 5 days, then a break of 48 to 72 hours. In case of persistent pain, consult a health professional before continuing the practice.

How do I know which size to use?

Each cup size matches a specific body area: the wider and more muscular the area, the larger the diameter should be.

  • Ø 7.7 cm — Very large areas: broad back, powerful thighs, glutes.
  • Ø 6.9 cm — Large areas: trapezius, back, glutes, thighs.
  • Ø 6.0 cm — Intermediate areas: lower back, stomach, wide calves.
  • Ø 5.3 cm — Medium areas: shoulders, lumbar, biceps (curved rims available).
  • Ø 4.2 cm — Limbs and joints: neck, biceps, calves (curved rims available).
  • Ø 3.5 cm — Small muscles & points: forearms, inner arms, thin calves, precise tension points.
Can I do it alone or do I need help?

On most areas (thighs, calves, arms, shoulders): yes, completely on your own. For the back, however, the help of a loved one is recommended — not for safety, but simply to see and place the cups properly. The extension tube included in the kit makes it easier to reach difficult areas in solo practice.

Do I need to apply oil?

It depends on the type of practice:

  • Static practice (cup placed and left in place for 5 to 15 minutes on an area): oil is not necessary. Clean, dry skin is enough for good adhesion.
  • Dynamic practice (cup glided along the muscle, as for a massage): oil is essential. It lets the cup glide without pulling the skin, and avoids discomfort.

For dynamic practice, a neutral vegetable oil is enough (jojoba, sweet almond, sesame) — count the equivalent of a hazelnut for an area such as a full back. To avoid: pure essential oils (irritating to the skin) and mineral oils (less slippery). Oil is not included in the kit — it is easily found in pharmacies or organic shops.

How long should I leave a cup in place?

5 to 15 minutes maximum. Beyond that, the risk of bruising and irritation increases with no added benefit. For the first session, stay at 5 minutes. For sensitive areas (inner arms, abdomen): never exceed 8 minutes.

Can I do it during pregnancy?

On certain areas, yes, but with strict precautions: never on the belly, the lower lumbar back, or the sacrum. The permitted areas (shoulders, neck, legs against fatigue) should be approached with a trained therapist. Always ask your midwife or doctor for advice before starting.

From what age can it be done?

From age 12 with parental supervision, for very gentle sessions (1 to 2 pumps maximum, 3 minutes). Below that, we do not recommend the practice except under a trained paediatric therapist. For seniors: no age limit, just mind the thinness of the skin (reduce the suction).

Are there times of day to favour?

The morning to wake up the circulation and prepare for the day. The evening, two hours before bed, to release accumulated tension. Avoid just after a heavy meal (wait 1h30) and just before intense physical effort (better: after).

My marks last a long time. Is that normal?

Yes — between 3 and 7 days on average, up to 10 days on fair skin. The more tense the area was, the darker the mark tends to be and the longer it lasts. If a mark persists beyond 14 days, becomes painful or spreads, consult a doctor.

Products & materials

Composition, manufacture, durability — everything about the object itself.

What are your cups made of?

The cups in the Uplife Kit are made of medical-grade transparent polycarbonate — superior impact resistance, lasting quality, designed to endure.

Are your pumps guaranteed?

Yes, all our pumps and their spare parts (seals, spring) are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. If your pump or one of its parts should fail before the end of the warranty, we replace it at our expense.

What should I do if a cup breaks?

Contact us via the contact form or by email at info@uplife.world, sending us your order number and a photo of the broken cup so that we can offer you a personalised solution.

How do I clean the cups?

After each session, follow these five steps:

  1. Wipe each cup with a soft cloth to remove the excess oil.
  2. Disinfect with a cotton pad soaked in 70° alcohol.
  3. Dry fully before storage.
  4. Store in the original case or pouch.
  5. Pump: avoid moisture, keep sheltered.

Precautions & health

Contraindications, side effects, situations that require medical advice before practising.

What are the absolute contraindications?

Do not practise in case of: coagulation disorders (haemophilia, anticoagulant treatment), damaged skin or open wounds, skin infections (shingles, herpes), undiagnosed skin tumour, severe capillary fragility (purpura), pregnancy on certain areas (see dedicated question), just after surgery (wait at least 6 weeks). In case of doubt, ask your doctor.

Can I do it if I am on medical treatment?

Most treatments are not incompatible, except anticoagulants (Sintrom, Eliquis, Xarelto, etc.) which contraindicate the practice. For corticosteroids, immunosuppressants and chemotherapies: be sure to consult your referring doctor before any session.

Are there body areas to avoid at all costs?

Yes: the throat (carotid), the eyes, the nipples, the genitals, the inside of the elbows and knees (superficial vessels), marked varicose veins, and any recently tattooed area (less than 6 months). For the belly: allowed except during pregnancy and painful periods.

Can you be allergic to cupping?

To the material itself (polycarbonate): very rare. To the carrier oil, however: possible. If you have reactive skin, do a test on the forearm 24h before the first session.

My marks are very dark, almost black. Is that dangerous?

Not in itself. A dark mark corresponds to a greater local blood flow, generally on a tense or muscularly engaged area. Space out the sessions on this area (10 days between each) and lower the suction by pumping fewer times. If the mark persists beyond 14 days, becomes painful or spreads, consult a doctor.

Can I do a session after sport?

Yes, and it is even an excellent moment — just wait 30 minutes after the effort (time for the heart rate to come back down). Hydrate well before, during the session, and after. Avoid, however, in the hour before intense effort (the suction draws blood towards the treated areas, not ideal before competition).

05

Returns & warranty

Our 30-day return policy, how to return a product, and the warranty on each part.

What is your return policy?

30 days satisfied or refunded. Beyond the legal period of 14 days, we extend the right of withdrawal to 30 calendar days from receipt of the parcel.

This commercial commitment applies provided the kit is returned as new, in its original packaging, and that none of the cups has been used on the skin (obvious hygiene reasons). We then refund you in full, including the initial outbound delivery costs.

How do I return a product?

Contact us via the contact form or by email at info@uplife.world, sending us your order number so that we can offer you a personalised solution.

From when does the 30-day period apply?

From the date of receipt of the parcel (not the order). The date the return is handed to the carrier is what counts.

06

Account & payment

Payment security, accepted methods, invoices and managing your personal space.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).

Is payment secure?

Yes, entirely. All transactions go through Stripe, the global leader in online payment (PCI-DSS level 1). We store no banking data on our servers. The 3D Secure 2 protocol is enabled on all transactions.

How do I get my invoice?

A PDF invoice is attached to your shipping confirmation email. You can also download it at any time from your customer account, under "My orders". For a business invoice (with intra-EU VAT number), specify your company name when ordering.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, as a guest order with just your email address. You will receive the confirmation and order tracking like a regular customer.
